We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join the Geniux team. You’ll be responsible for building robust, scalable, and secure backend systems that support our high-impact solutions across finance, telecom, and energy sectors. You’ll collaborate closely with our frontend, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless and performant infrastructure behind every user experience.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs

• Build distributed services using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies

• Collaborate with frontend developers to connect user-facing elements to backend logic

• Optimize applications for speed, security, and fault tolerance

• Develop serverless architectures within cloud environments (preferably AWS)

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Monitor backend performance and troubleshoot production issues

• Participate in architectural discussions and backend system planning

✅ Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development

• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar languages

• Solid experience with distributed systems and microservices

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and serverless computing (AWS preferred)

• Strong grasp of RESTful API development and integration

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Knowledge of smart contract languages such as Solidity

• Experience designing secure systems

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

🎓 Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent hands-on experience.
