We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team at Geniux in Paris. You’ll be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decisions through accurate reporting and analysis. This role is key to helping us scale sustainably as we deliver innovative solutions across finance, telecom, and energy sectors.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow and working capital management

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports with a focus on accuracy and compliance

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process with actionable financial insights

• Collaborate with leadership to inform strategic financial decisions

• Ensure compliance with both local and international financial regulations

• Develop financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives

• Manage relationships with external partners such as auditors and tax advisors

• Provide guidance on financial risks, planning, and investment decisions

✅ Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a high-growth or tech-driven environment

• Strong command of financial analysis, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks

• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Proficiency with financial tools and systems (e.g., Excel, SAP, QuickBooks)

• Ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience with international financial operations and compliance

• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto-related finance and reporting

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

🎓 Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field — or equivalent experience in financial operations.
